End User License Agreement
Rules for using the platform.
License Grant
Subject to these terms, Shrine Comics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Shrine Comics website, mobile application, and related services for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the service, the platform, or any Shrine Comics content to you.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, interfere with, or misuse the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
You may not use the platform to harass others, upload unlawful content, evade access controls, impersonate another person, or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
Content and Intellectual Property
All Shrine Comics branding, platform materials, layouts, and service elements remain the property of Shrine Comics or its licensors.
Creator-owned comic content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Access to content through the platform does not grant a right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use that content.
Termination
Shrine Comics may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or where operational or legal reasons require it.
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately and you must stop using the applicable services except where access is restored.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Shrine Comics does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that the service will always be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrine Comics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
